Euphorbiaceae
This family is well-represented in the flora of Oman, and its members are highly diverse in appearance, including small trees, stem succulents and annual herbs.
There are a number of endemic species belonging to this family in Oman, some with a very restricted range. Several of the species shown below can be seen on or in the immediate vicinity of SQU campus, most strikingly the characteristic semi-succulent Euphorbia larica.
